Your own value always comes first. Otherwise it depends on the value mode you pick. In Card Ladder mode, values come from the Card Ladder export you import and change only when you import a new one. In Market data mode, cards found in market data get values from real recent sales, and their card pages list those sales with links where available. In that mode the value is never lower than the card's last sold price. You can set your own value for any card.

Not to look. Buyers scan a label or open your page in their phone browser and see the card, its value and recent sales where available. To send an offer on one card or a bundle, they sign up for a free account. Offers arrive in your Inbox.
Yes. Mark cards as personal collection and they show in their own PC tab on your showcase page, without an offer button or a price on the tile. You can move a card between PC and For Sale at any time from the admin.
